The Staatsexamen NT2 has four language parts, each with its own format and time. The course trains all four at B1 level, against tasks shaped like the real ones. (KNM and the participation parts are handled separately by DUO.)

You can practise any part of it, as much as you want, from start to finish.
How the B1 route really works.
Most people inburgeren on the B1 route. It helps to know what that means in practice. You do not take the A2 inburgeringsexamen. You take the Staatsexamen NT2 Programma I, the official Dutch-as-a-second-language exam at level B1 (referentieniveau 2F), set by the CvTE and taken at DUO.
B1 is clearly harder than A2. The texts are longer, the listening is played once instead of twice, and you are expected to draw conclusions and handle work and study situations, not just everyday tasks like shopping or appointments. Passing is measured as a skill score of 500 per part, not a simple percentage.
If B1 turns out to be too difficult, the gemeente can let you finish on the B1 route at A2 instead, but only after at least 600 hours of coursework. For most people, though, the goal is clear: reach the B1 level on each of the four parts.

The B1 inburgering exam, and what makes it hard.
Nobody shows you how to step up to B1.
B1 is a level above A2, with longer texts and less time, and you have to work out where to begin on your own.

Why I made this inburgering course.
I am Dutch, so I never had to do the inburgering myself. My Iranian family did. I helped them prepare, and saw where it goes wrong.
The exam itself is very trainable. It has a fixed shape and asks for specific, well-defined tasks. But the course they paid for taught general Dutch, conversation and grammar, while the exam asked for something else.

Inburgering exam B1, the honest answers.
No. On the B1 route you take the Staatsexamen NT2 Programma I, a separate exam set by the CvTE, with its own parts and timings. The A2 inburgeringsexamen is a different, lower-level exam. This page is about the B1 route.
You need a skill score of at least 500. That is a scaled score, not a percentage of questions right, so there is no public "X out of Y" cut-off, and you need to pass all the parts. The course shows you your current level on each part as you practise.
Each of the four parts costs 50 euro, so the full Staatsexamen NT2 comes to 200 euro. You book it through DUO, separately from this course.
No. The Staatsexamen NT2 covers the language parts only. KNM and the participation parts (such as MAP) stay separately required for your inburgering. The course helps with the language exam, which is the hardest part for most people.
