The A2 Spreken part is one section of the inburgeringsexamen. You sit at a computer with a headset. For the first tasks a person on video asks you a question; for the rest you see a picture or read a prompt. Either way you speak your answer aloud into the microphone within a set time. The tasks are everyday: answer a spoken question, describe a picture, leave a spoken message. You get 35 minutes for the A2 part, and your recordings are scored afterwards on the DUO criteria. The result is a raw score, so many points out of the total, not a 500 skill score.
