Full Access covers the entire exam. A single module covers one part, for example only Reading, or only KNM. Single modules are there for people retaking one part. If you are preparing for the whole exam, Full Access is cheaper and simpler than buying parts separately.

A 6 or 12-month plan runs for at least that term at the lower monthly rate. That is the trade for the discount. The monthly plan is flexible and you can cancel anytime. We state the commitment plainly before you pay. There are no hidden renewals.

Send us a message. The term is fixed, because that is what the lower monthly rate pays for. But we do not hold people to something they no longer need, so we will always look at what is possible.

Yes. On the 6 and 12-month plans you can choose "Pay once" instead of monthly billing. Paying upfront saves you up to €49.90 on the 12-month plan, roughly two months free, for the same access and the same 14-day money-back guarantee. The monthly plan is billed per month and has no upfront option.

Yes. You can add a module or move up to Full Access from inside the app. When you upgrade, we stop your old plan automatically, so you never pay twice for the same period. To change the length of your term, send us a message and we will sort it out.

Yes. Each level is its own course, so B2 is a separate purchase from B1. But if you finish your level inside a 6 or 12-month term and want to move up, send us a message and we will set the next level up for you for the rest of that term. You keep what you have already done, and you can move between levels in the app. When the term ends, you renew on the new level as normal.

No. KNM tests what you know about living in the Netherlands, not your language level, so DUO asks the same thing whichever level you sit. You practise the same question bank at A2, B1 and B2, and it is included with Full Access at every level. If you move up a level later, you do not buy KNM again.
