The Staatsexamen NT2 Programma II has four language parts. The course trains all four at B2, against tasks shaped like the real ones. That includes the long spoken task only B2 has.
Reading
Lezen
Longer texts with multiple-choice questions, denser than B1 and ten minutes shorter. A dictionary is allowed. You practise recognising the writer’s position and attitude, not just the facts.
Listening
Luisteren
Spoken texts and short film, played once, focusing on extended speech and complex argument. You practise following the speaker’s argument on the first listen, at B2 speed.

Sentence tasks plus short and medium writing tasks, typed and marked by two assessors. You practise the exact B2 tasks and get feedback on what to improve to reach the level.

Short and medium spoken tasks, plus the B2-only long task: around two minutes building one argument. Recorded and marked by two assessors. You rehearse it out loud until your argument is clear and complete.

Why I made this NT2 course.
I am Dutch, so I never had to prove my Dutch in an exam. My Iranian family did. I helped them prepare, and saw where it goes wrong.
Most courses teach general Dutch: conversation, grammar, a bit of everything. The Staatsexamen NT2 asks for something narrower: a fixed set of well-defined tasks. That makes it very trainable, if you train the right things.

Staatsexamen NT2 B2, the honest answers.
Same four parts and the same 500 pass score, but a level higher. The texts are denser, the reading is a little shorter, and speaking adds a long task of about two minutes where you build a full argument.
People heading to hbo or university, or to work that needs strong Dutch. If your goal is everyday self-reliance or mbo 3-4, Programma I (B1) is usually the right level. Your study or employer states which one they require.
A skill score of at least 500 on each part, the same mechanism as B1, but judged against the higher 3F standard. It is a scaled score, not a percentage, so there is no public "X out of Y" cut-off. The course shows your standing per part as you practise.
Each of the four parts costs 50 euro, so the full Programma II comes to 200 euro. You book it through DUO. You can take the parts on different dates and only retake the ones you have not passed.
